2. Membership Terms
By becoming a member of InsideOut Studio, you agree to:

- Use equipment properly and safely

3. Payment and Billing
By signing up for a membership or purchasing services from InsideOut Studio, you agree to the following:
- You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the services selected
- For recurring memberships, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process the charge again within 30 days
- You agree to update your payment information if it changes
- Prices for services are subject to change with notice
- All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy
4. Cancellation Policy
For class and personal training cancellations:
- 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations
- Late cancellations may result in full charge for the session
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
- Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
For membership cancellations:
- 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through your online account
- Membership fees will continue to be charged until the end of the notice period
- Annual memberships may be subject to an early termination fee if cancelled before the end of the term
5. Health & Safety
Members must:
- Disclose relevant health conditions that may affect their ability to exercise safely
- Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
- Follow proper hygiene practices, including wiping down equipment after use
- Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
- Report any injuries or equipment malfunctions immediately
- Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions
InsideOut Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.
6. Liability Waiver
By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge that:
- Exercise involves inherent risks and hazards
- You assume all risks associated with participation in activities at InsideOut Studio
- InsideOut Studio is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during or as a result of using our facilities or services
- You release InsideOut Studio, its employees, and agents from any liability related to your use of our facilities and services
7. Code of Conduct
InsideOut Studio is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Disruptive or threatening behavior
- Damaging or misusing equipment
- Using facilities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Soliciting or promoting business without authorization
Violation of these rules may result in termination of membership without refund.
8. Changes to Terms
InsideOut Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
